Edinburgh & Lothians Twins & Multiples Club will store the information you provide to us in a secure manner for as long as you remain a member of the club. We will process that data as is necessary for the day-to-day running of the club and its events. To comply with our child protection policy we will continue to store information about all members for up to two years after the end of their membership or up to seven years where a child protection issue has been raised and documented. The legal basis for our processing this data is legitimate interest. We will not share any of your information with third parties except where required by law.
